Like many early stage or growth investors, we do not sign confidentiality agreements (CAs) or non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) until we are in advanced discussions with a potential partner. Why? Unfortunately there are too many examples where an entrepreneur thinks someone stole their idea when in fact they did not, costing everyone significant time and money in the process. We also connect with nearly 1,000 entrepreneurs per year, making it nearly impossible for us to track. However, we absolutely understand the sensitive nature of this topic and the importance of protecting your information. Our integrity and reputation as a firm are far more important than any one potential investment.
